Job description

Customer Support Specialist

SUMMARY:

Aeroseal is looking for a Customer Support Specialist that will assist us in our mission by acting as a

liaison, by providing product/service information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging

problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. This role should

maintain an upbeat and positive attitude and understand the value of good communication skills so

that they can advocate for the customer when necessary. The role shall be confident in

troubleshooting and investigating customer questions and complaints.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School graduate, some college preferred.
  • Detail-oriented
  • Self-directed
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office is required (Word and Excel).
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to lift up to 40lbs.
  • Understanding of SOPs and PWIs
  • Demonstrated Customer Service skills (both through phone and written communication)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Customer Order & Returns Processing (web, email, phone)
  • Manage a large amount of incoming phone calls
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits follow up to ensure resolution
  • Helping to create the ultimate customer experience through knowledge of product, understanding and care of dealer relationships, and smooth order execution
  • Cultivating the company culture through interpersonal relationships with the other departments to continue to provide the best customer experience possible
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Other Duties and projects as assigned by manager

The estimated pay range for this role is $20.00 to $25.00 per hour. Actual pay is based on various factors

including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s experience, skills, knowledge, and job location.

Please note that the compensation details listed in role postings reflect the base salary and do not

include bonuses or benefits.
