Job summary

Velocity Flex in Northwest Houston is hiring 10 Client Welcome & Service Coordinators for an immediate-start opportunity. This in-office role is perfect for recent graduates who thrive in fast-paced, high-volume phone environments.

Daily schedule includes flexibility between 8:30-5:30 or 9:00-6:00, with in-office work only. Primary duties are client welcome calls, inbound support, scheduling, documentation, data entry, and coordinating with internal and legal teams.

Qualifications

Velocity Flex is hiring Client Welcome & Service Coordinators for an immediate-start opportunity in Northwest Houston.

Pay: $20/hr

Schedule: Must be flexible to work 8:30 AM–5:30 PM or 9:00 AM–6:00 PM

Work Location: 100% in-office – NO remote

Start Date: As early as Monday, September 14

Openings: 10

This is a great entry-level opportunity for recent college graduates or candidates who are quick learners, strong multitaskers, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume phone environment.
