Customer Support Specialist

Hours:

Hiring for second and third shift! Must have flexibility to work weekend shifts as well.

Onsite position- must be willing to commute to the Ypsilanti, MI area

Must haves:

• Previous experience in transportation, logistics, dispatch, or freight forwarding is highly preferred but not required. High level customer support is also a priority for this role
• Must have strong computer skills including prior experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong attention to detail

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Belleville, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
