Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our client’s team in Austin, TX. This onsite role provides courteous, professional service in a fast-paced semiconductor supply chain environment, handling quotes, orders, repairs, shipping, and billing inquiries.

You will manage customer accounts, monitor deliveries, resolve issues promptly, and support inventory programs. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in customer service, an associate degree or higher, and

• Associate’s degree or higher in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and order processing; semiconductor industry a plus.
• Proficient in SAP; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus; strong MS Office skills.

Position Overview

Kelly Services is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our client’s team in Austin, TX. This role is responsible for providing courteous and professional service in a fast-paced supply chain environment within the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

• Respond professionally to incoming customer phone calls regarding spare parts quotes, order placement, repair and warranty services, shipment tracking, and billing inquiries
• Manage customer accounts, including maintaining Supplier Managed Inventory (SMI) programs
• Advise customers on delivery schedules and investigate shipping issues promptly
• Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns efficiently
• Overtime, weekends, and holiday work may be required as business needs demand

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and order processing; experience with parts shipping/receiving administration, materials planning, purchasing, or product support by telephone preferred—especially in the semiconductor industry
• Proficient in SAP (preferred); knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM a plus
• Strong verbal communication skills and professional telephone etiquette
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
