Culligan Water of Pierson is seeking a customer service representative to work with customers to fulfill orders, resolve issues, and address related needs. Our offerings include water softeners and drinking water systems.

The role emphasizes detail orientation, organization, and strong interpersonal and communication skills to exceed customer expectations. This is a full-time on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Problem-solving, order processing, and performing standard maintenance of current customer accounts.
• Follow company policies and goals while optimizing department efficiency.
• Provide proactive sales support to assigned customer accounts by developing relationships with customers.
• Handling payments and deposits.
• Setting appointments for the Customer Care Rep.
• Entering leads into lead portal.
• Answering customer inquiries by phone and in person.
• Schedule service and delivery orders; coordinate with service/operations team.
• Bill service, delivery, and new installation orders.
• Make outbound calls to current customers to schedule additional services.
• Refer unresolved grievances to designated departments for investigation.
• Follow all safety rules and Culligan policies.
• Complete any other responsibilities as assigned.
