• Generate quotes and customer orders and update records in Prophet 21.
• Coordinate with vendors to confirm availability and pricing.
• Assist customers in selecting parts and researching product options.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers, vendors, and factory reps.
• Contribute to team efforts to meet departmental and company goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
