• Responsible for sending art proofs to the customer for approval and notifying customer when the order is completed
• Manage jobs and projects from start to finish - checking in on progress
• Track projects and assist with any additional tasks around installation or shipping
• Maintain a strong education around our products, materials, and service offerings - this is key to success in this role
• Maintain knowledge of the industries we serve and order history
• Ability to communicate with the customer professionally with a sense of urgency and keeping them updated on the order

Environment

This position is primarily performed in a professional office setting located within an active print production facility. The employee will have regular exposure to production areas where printing, finishing, cutting, laminating, packaging, and other manufacturing activities occur. The work environment may include moderate to elevated noise levels, moving equipment and machinery, printing materials, inks, adhesives, and other production-related materials. The role may require occasional movement between office, production, warehouse, and shipping areas.
