Job summary

LifeQuotes.com is seeking motivated, goal-oriented representatives to help customers complete life insurance applications from a remote setting. This role involves making about 60 outbound calls daily to leads and customers and guiding them through the life insurance application process.

Training is provided, with paid holidays and a 401(k) plan. The position offers remote work, a 21-hour weekly schedule on Fri–Sun, and growth opportunities to become licensed with earnings potential of $20/hour

About the Role

LifeQuotes.com is hiring motivated, goal-oriented representatives to help customers complete life insurance applications. This is a Fast-paced, phone-based position involving 60+ outbound calls daily to assist customers with completing life insurance applications. This is not a technical support or administrative role

What You'll Do

• Make approximately 60 outbound calls daily to existing leads and customers
• Assist customers with completing life insurance applications
• Send application links via text or email
• Follow up on incomplete applications
• Follow scripts and maintain accurate customer records
• Meet daily productivity and application completion goals

Work Schedule

21 hours per week — 7-hour shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday

• Friday: Shifts available between 11 AM–10 PM CST
• Saturday: Shifts available between 11 AM–10 PM CST
• Sunday: Shifts available between 11 AM–10 PM CST
• Additional opportunities: Occasional Monday–Thursday evening shifts after 4 PM CST, based on business needs

Paid Training

• Training dates: December 4 – January 17
• Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 11 AM–6 PM CST
• Flex hours during the weeks of December 21 and December 28, based on business needs
