Job description

Remote Customer Service, Part-Time, $20/hr

LifeQuotes.com is hiring Part-Time Remote Customer Care Agents to work 20-28 hours per week greeting inbound callers and completing applications for customers applying for life insurance.

This position is 100% inbound with no cold calling.

Earn $400-$800 per week with family‑flex hours (7 AM–11 PM CT, 7 days a week), paid holiday pay, and an invitation to participate in our (401)k savings program.

Ideal for moms and college students.

Location: Remote

Time Commitment: 20‑28 hrs. per week

Education Requirement: Must have completed (or be currently enrolled) in a 4‑year college degree with a business or business‑oriented major.

Pay: $20/hr to start ($23/hr if Spanish bilingual). Figure on making $400 to $800 per week. Training time is paid and you will receive a $500 Welcome Aboard bonus after successful completion of training.

We prefer candidates without prior life insurance experience but will pay all license fees if you hold a valid state life insurance license on your start date.

What We’re Looking For

Customer‑obsessed, energetic remote customer/inside sales agents who advise customers on their insurance purchasing decision, help complete applications, and follow up through underwriting to ensure they get the policy they want.

This role requires friendliness, upbeat attitude, patience, strong script‑reading abilities, and commitment to no high pressure selling.

What You’ll Need

• A state‑issued life insurance license in hand on your start date
• Availability to work nights, weekends and some weekdays
• Positive “customer‑first” attitude
• Strong sense of internal motivation and coachability
• Ability to consistently achieve a monthly quota
• A completed or in‑progress 4‑year degree in business, economics or a business‑related major
