Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and/or take orders from Providers/customers.
• Maintain standard 5S expectations and focus on continuous improvement.
• Answer calls to Customer Service Representatives' line and queue.
• Take and enter quotes and orders via phone, fax, or email.
• Handle order cancellations and assist with rush orders, quotes, returns, and voicemails.
• Collaborate with all departments to exceed expectations.
