Culligan is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Kansas to work directly with customers on orders, resolve problems, and meet related needs. The role requires attention to detail, organization, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities include processing orders, proactive sales support through close customer relationships, scheduling service and delivery, and coordinating with the service/operations team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of customer service experience.
• Strong time management and project management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and helping to manage customer accounts.
• Provide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers.
• Schedule service and delivery orders.
• Coordinate schedules with the service/operations team.
• Contact customers for purposes of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
