Qualifications

• AA degree or equivalent work experience
• One year of customer service experience, preferably with order entry
• Computer literate in Excel, Word, and accounting systems
• Ability to type 25 wpm and use 10-key by touch
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by answering calls and assisting customers.
• Process orders and invoices for various locations.
• Perform clerical duties to support the department.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of workspace.
• Collaborate with sales, accounting, and delivery departments.
