Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking a Customer Support Manager to provide day-to-day leadership to the support staff, supervise teams, and ensure timely resolution of inquiries related to orders, billing, payments, and pricing. The role requires strong communication and supervisory skills in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in a call center setting and experience in customer service, with preference for foodservice industry exposure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership direction to Customer Support staff and guide troubleshooting and issue escalation.
• Delegate work and coordinate activities of staff and teams.
• Monitor call center performance against service agreements.
• Process feedback and complaints.
• Drive accurate and timely resolution of inquiries related to orders, billing, pricing, and customer portal.
