The position involves on-site collaboration with operations, logistics, and plant teams to ensure accurate order entry, on-time deliveries, and precise job reporting, with growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and account management.
• Prior experience with Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR) preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce, and cloud-based applications.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain confidentiality regarding customer accounts and pricing data.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support and prompt account management
• Assist truck drivers to ensure smooth rapid delivery of products and services to customers
• Promptly answer, screen, and direct phone calls from customers
• Review and manage customer accounts to ensure 100% accuracy in order entry.
• Job Entry: Facilitate prompt, precise entry and tracking of gas acquisition jobs.
• Partner with operations, logistics, and plant teams to ensure jobs are completed on time
• Filter data based on material pricing structures and specific contract fee requirements
• Apply exact pricing models aligned with the most current customer master agreements.
• Update purchase orders, material metrics and cost structures in web-based systems
• Prepare final job reports and partner with finance dept. to clear jobs for receipts and payments
