A-Gas Americas is hiring a Customer Support Representative to join the team in Rhome, TX. The role requires strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to support customer partnerships and ensure timely delivery.

You will handle account management, order entry accuracy, and collaborate with operations and finance to complete gas acquisition jobs. On-site work is required at the Rhome facility with opportunities for growth and professional certifications.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in customer service and account management.
• Experience with AP/AR is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, SAP, and Salesforce; familiarity with cloud apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support and prompt account management.
• Assist truck drivers to ensure fast delivery to customers.
• Answer and direct incoming customer calls promptly.
• Review and manage customer accounts for 100% order entry accuracy.
• Facilitate prompt entry and tracking of gas acquisition jobs.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and plant teams to meet deadlines.
• Filter data by pricing structures and contract fee requirements.
• Apply pricing models per current customer agreements.
• Update purchase orders, material metrics and costs in systems.
• Prepare final job reports and work with finance to finalize receipts and payments.
