Financial Additions in Plano, Texas, is seeking Treasury/Banking Customer Support Representatives for a 5+ month REMOTE project based in Dallas. You will handle client inquiries via phone and email, assist with ACH/wire setups, and resolve discrepancies.

The role requires 2+ years in banking/finance call centers, knowledge of treasury products, and strong communication. You will work in a remote/hybrid schedule, adapting to secure online banking platforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in call center environment supporting banking/finance.
• Knowledge of treasury products including online banking, bill pay, etc.
• Must provide high-quality experience to all callers while adhering to established service standards, procedures, and performance goals.
• Tech savvy—able to learn new programs and guide clients on how to use online banking platforms.
• Great telephone communication skills.
• Disciplined/self-starter with some remote or hybrid schedule experience.

• Assist clients with set up of ACH, wires and positive pay.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies/issues.
• Fulfill service requests.

Financial Additions is recruiting for Treasury/Banking Customer Support Representatives for a 5+month REMOTE project based in Dallas. Must have call-center experience in the banking, finance or related industry, and solid customer service skills. Hours are 7:30am-4:30pm or 10:30am-7:30pm central time. Applicants must live in the U.S.A.
