Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong data entry and accuracy is required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and distribute incoming correspondence to the company email.
• Enter quotes, orders, and other information into the ERP system.
• Submit quotations for existing items and provide return authorization numbers.
• Create and modify customer contracts as needed and ensure data accuracy.
