• Deep understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance methodology.
• Ability to communicate technical risks and solutions confidently.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured preventive and corrective maintenance execution.
• Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical and electrical issues using a systematic troubleshooting methodology.
• Identify recurring issues and drive root cause analysis and long-term corrective actions.
• Serve as primary customer technical liaison, clearly communicating risks, status, and mitigation plans.
• Act as site-level escalation resource for advanced technical challenges.

• A.S. or B.S. Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related engineering graduates
• 5 + years semiconductor equipment service experience
• Strong diagnostic capability with documented, systematic troubleshooting approach
• Deep understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance methodology
• Ability to communicate technical risks and solutions confidently
• Independent decision-making combined with disciplined escalation judgment

• Coordinate effectively with global engineering and factory resources when required
• Mentor early-career engineers and technicians, supporting structured upskill development

• Support installation and removal activities as required

Compensation

Salary Range: $93.6K-$124K. Description, based on experience, qualification’s location, and level. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation.
