The Equipment Maintenance Manager ensures that Skorpios’s semiconductor processing (CMP, etch, films, lithography, wet tools), metrology, and packaging equipment is clean, stable, and available for a 24×365 semiconductor fab operation. The Equipment Maintenance Manager ensures rapid response to equipment failures, as well as execution of preventive maintenance plans to minimize failures. The Equipment Maintenance Manager analyzes equipment availability, MTBF and MTTR, failure modes and mode changes to update protocols or identify negative trends and propose mitigation plans. This position is expected to work closely with the manufacturing team and engineering for scheduling and troubleshooting of issues and requires direct engagement and hands-on activities for equipment repairs in the cleanroom.

USD 150,000 to 170,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
