Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accept and work on customer cases via email and phone with customers.
• Respond within published SLAs to customer inquiries.
• Log all contacts and provide technical support, diagnosis and education.
• Dispatch replacement parts, hardware and software per guidelines.
• Collaborate with Services peers and other Formlabs teams to relay customer feedback.
• Learn Formlabs products and assist customers directly.
