You will handle cases across email and phone, log interactions, dispatch parts, and collaborate with product teams to relay user feedback. A background in hardware support and a passion for teaching others will help you thrive.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service or hardware support.
• Strong written and verbal empathetic communication.
• High School degree or equivalent.
• Bonus: experience in technical retail, dental, or additive manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Accept and manage customer cases via email and phone.
• Provide technical support, diagnosis, and education to customers.
• Log all contacts and help ensure customers stay printing.
• Dispatch replacement parts and guidance per guidelines.
• Share product feedback with software/hardware teams.
