Formlabs in Milwaukee seeks a dedicated customer support specialist to be the primary gateway for our customers, delivering clear guidance and education to ensure printers stay online and customers stay informed.

You’ll handle cases across email and phone, respond within SLA, log contacts, dispatch parts, and relay product feedback to services teams while learning our products to print for yourself and customers.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service or hardware support experience
• High School degree or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal empathetic communication

Responsibilities

• Handle customer cases via email and phone
• Respond within the published SLA
• Log all contacts and provide technical support and education
• Dispatch replacement parts, hardware, and software with guidance
• Collaborate with Services and Formlabs teams for customer feedback
• Learn our products and print for yourself and customers
