Job summary

BMW of North America in Woodcliff Lake, NJ, seeks a Customer Support Communications Manager to lead and coordinate high‑level committees and deliver compelling materials.

You will plan meetings, develop presentations for US‑A family, and ensure consistent messaging across events while guiding internal and external communications strategies.

Relocation is available; the position offers a salary range of $62,500–$125,000 with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to influence customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, media or English preferred.
• 8–10 years in communication/public relations or related strategic roles; strategy consulting experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Customer Support committees, including meeting planning, facilitation, and coordination of high-quality presentation materials.
• Oversee committee follow-up activities and ensure assigned stakeholder deliverables are completed on time.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver all management presentations for US-A, US-A-1, and US-A-10. Administer and track event approval processes required within the C4-US-A organization.
• Ensure consistent, aligned messaging across all customer support events in support of organizational objectives.
• Create and execute internal and external communication strategies, including associate, leadership, and executive communications.
• Manage communication and coordination between Dealers, BMW NA, and MINI USA to align expectations and outcomes.
