Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Customer Support Associate who loves helping people and solving problems. You will guide customers from first contact through installation and beyond, using phone, email and messaging to provide a first-class experience.

No prior remodeling experience required; we train you on our products and services to enable success and growth within our national company. The role emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and reliability.

Must be detail oriented and able to communicate clearly via phone, email and messenger. Experience in the home remodeling field is not necessary. We will invest in teaching you everything that you need to know about our products, services and business, so that you can provide exceptional customer support. • The ability to work Monday through Friday, and flexibility to work some weekends
• Employees in this role are generally eligible to pursue opportunities outside of the Customer Support division after completing two years within Customer Support, subject to business needs and Company discretion
