Power Home Remodeling Group seeks a dynamic Customer Support Associate who will be the backbone of our client experience. You will support customers from the initial contact through installation and beyond, communicating clearly by phone, email and messenger, coordinating with internal teams to deliver a first-class installation experience.

Must be detail oriented and able to communicate clearly via phone, email and messenger. Experience in the home remodeling field is not necessary. • Employees in this role are generally eligible to pursue opportunities outside of the Customer Support division after completing two years within Customer Support, subject to business needs and Company discretion
