Job summary

Power Home Remodeling Group is seeking a Customer Support Associate who is an empathetic communicator and active listener. You will support customers from initial contact through installation and beyond, delivering a first-class experience via phone, email and messenger.

You will embody our brand, solve problems, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure materials and service scheduling are handled efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction and a commitment to learning

• The ability to work Monday through Friday, and flexibility to work some weekends
• Employees in this role are generally eligible to pursue opportunities outside of the Customer Support division after completing two years within Customer Support, subject to business needs and Company discretion
