Power Home Remodeling is seeking a Customer Support Associate who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing role. You will guide customers from initial contact through installation and beyond, acting as the brand ambassador and problem-solver.

This position emphasizes empathy, clear communication, and a proactive approach to resolving issues. The role offers a hybrid schedule (in-office and remote) and opportunities to grow within a nationally expanding home remodeling company.

The Customer Support Associate will support our customers from their initial interaction with our company, through their installation experience, and years after our job is complete. As an ambassador of our brand, this role must love interacting with people and identifying solutions. Must communicate well with external audiences and internal employees to elevate the customers concerns and provide a first class installation experience. Must be detail oriented and able to communicate clearly via phone, email and messenger. Experience in the home remodeling field is not necessary. We will invest in teaching you everything that you need to know about our products, services and business, so that you can provide exceptional customer support.   • The ability to work Monday through Friday, and flexibility to work some weekends
  • Employees in this role are generally eligible to pursue opportunities outside of the Customer Support division after completing two years within Customer Support, subject to business needs and Company discretion
