Tapcheck is looking for an analytics professional to oversee its Customer Support organization's analytics function. You will ensure that leadership has an accurate picture of team performance and produce analyses that inform strategic decisions. The role includes managing KPI standards, maintaining dashboards, and producing insights based on data trends.

This position offers both remote and hybrid work options for candidates located within 30 miles of Plano, TX.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in a data analyst or business intelligence role.
• Hands-on experience building dashboards in modern BI tools.
• Ability to communicate complex findings effectively.
