Qualifications

• One or more years of experience researching, analyzing and interpreting complex customer data.
• Experience with utility customer assistance programs, billing, or payments preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., XLOOKUP, pivots, data validation).

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests and resolve issues across channels.
• Review orders and resolve billing or service exceptions.
• Document interactions and maintain records and reports.
• Support program enrollment, eligibility, and arrears resolution.
