About The Role

We are seeking Customer Support Agents for second shift hours (3PM–11PM CST), with weekend availability required. This position is 100% remote and only open to candidates residing in Arkansas, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Texas, or Wisconsin. You will handle emergency tire breakdowns and coordinate service for commercial truck drivers across North America. Accuracy, urgency, and professionalism are essential in this fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer and respond to incoming service calls
• Collect detailed information from commercial truck drivers
• Dispatch road service to dealerships across the US and Canada
• Verify and document customer and service details accurately
• Manage multiple communication channels and systems simultaneously
• Ensure quick response times and customer satisfaction
• Participate in two weeks of mandatory paid training (Mon–Fri, 8AM–4PM CST via Microsoft Teams)
  
  

Qualifications

• Must reside in one of the following states: AR, IN, IA, KS, MO, NE, OK, TN, TX, or WI
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Quiet, dedicated home office setup
• Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and retain technical/process information
• Strong computer proficiency including Microsoft Office
• Must provide your own computer and internet setup that meets company requirements
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
