What You’ll Be Doing

In Customer Support, you will deliver world-class service to our external customers. Responsibilities include:

  • Answering external customer calls and generating service requests with an exceptional experience
  • Managing shared customer email inboxes promptly and effectively
  • Ensuring locations and payments are up to date for service readiness
  • Quoting Time & Material service calls
  • Providing troubleshooting guidance over the phone and via other technologies
  • Performing other duties as assigned by Dispatch Operations leadership
Who We’re Looking For

Ideal candidates will have excellent customer service skills, success in high-volume call centers, and the ability to multitask and work independently.

Qualifications And Requirements
  • High School diploma
  • 2-5 years of related customer service experience
  • Extensive experience in over-the-phone support
  • Strong computer skills, proficient in Outlook
