Job summary

Beneficial Talent Source seeks a detail-oriented warehouse associate to process shipments, repairs, returns, demo units and loaners with high accuracy.

You will verify and transact inventory in the ERP system (Syteline) and assemble demo, loaner, and exchange units to meet customer and sales requirements, and collaborate with sales, warehouse, and customer service to ensure timely fulfillment and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Process shipments including repairs, returns, demo units and loaners with high accuracy.
• Receive, verify, and transact inventory in Syteline ERP, ensuring data integrity.
• Assemble demo, loaner, and exchange units per customer and sales needs.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse and customer service for timely fulfillment and issue resolution.
• Monitor open service requests and follow up to ensure completion and satisfaction.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain stock levels in the service warehouse.
• Support a mix of hands-on warehouse tasks and admin/system work in a fast-paced environment.

• Assemble demo, loaner, and exchange units based on customer and sales requirements
• Coordinate closely with sales, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure timely fulfillment and issue resolution
• Monitor open service requests and follow up internally to ensure completion and customer satisfaction
• Perform cycle counts, inventory checks, and maintain accurate stock levels within the service warehouse
• Support a mix of hands-on warehouse tasks and administrative/system work in a fast-paced environment
