Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience or a degree in Supply Chain Management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with SAP/ERP and MS Dynamics is preferred.
• Knowledge of order processing, billing, transportation, and logistics.
• Strong communication, teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order entry to delivery in SAP and invoicing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Sales and Supply Chain to onboard customers and maintain CRM data.
• Assist with monitoring transportation modes and logistics processes.
• Promote customer service offerings and improve the customer experience.
