Job summary

Mars Accelerator is seeking a Manager, Customer Supply Chain in the United States to drive sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence. You will collaborate across supply chain, sales, finance, IT, analytics, and distribution to deliver best-in-class solutions, while leading high-visibility projects and engaging senior leadership.

You will influence business outcomes, build strong relationships, and shape how we serve customers with innovative tools and processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years of supply chain experience (preferably customer facing).
Proven track record of high performance and ability to service key customers within a team environment.
Experience managing multiple projects independently and collaboratively.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills; independent problem-solver with leadership.
Proficiency with SAP systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
Travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

Analytics that drive action using data-driven insights to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and help achieve annual savings targets.
Deliver new capabilities to enhance supply chain solutions and introduce innovative tools for customers.
Lead projects by developing and managing plans for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Build partnerships with internal teams and external customers to create mutually beneficial opportunities.
Champion customer engagement to strengthen partnerships, improve program delivery, and drive transportation and cost-saving initiatives.
