Lead high-visibility projects, partner with supply chain, sales, finance, IT, analytics and distribution; develop strong customer partnerships, and travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain experience, preferably customer facing.
• Experience managing multiple projects independently and collaboratively.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Independent problem-solver with strong leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with SAP systems and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Up to 20% travel.

As Manager, Customer Supply Chain, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, profitability, and operational excellence for Mars Accelerator. Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of supply chain experience (preferably customer facing)
• A proven track record of high performance and the qualifications to service key customers within a team environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects independently and collaboratively
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to be an independent problem-solver with robust leadership skills.
• Proficiency with SAP systems and MS Office, especially Excel
• Up to 20% of travel

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment.
