Becklar, based in Ogden, Utah, seeks a Customer Success Specialist to serve as the primary liaison between enterprises, resellers, and Becklar’s Workforce Safety team. You will train partners on the latest safety solutions, answer questions, and provide ongoing support while developing training materials and business reports.

You’ll build strong relationships with day-to-day contacts, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure processes align with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Business or Technical Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Account Management: be primary contact for enterprises and resellers; train clients on functionality and updates; coordinate with internal departments; provide after-hours support.
• Client Engagement: research enterprise needs; relay solutions and assist implementation; maintain relationships with day-to-day contacts.
• Content Creation: update and create training materials for Becklar Workforce Safety solutions.
• Reporting: create and maintain weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
• Industry Knowledge: stay informed on account management, safety, software, and connected safety markets.
• Maintain professionalism, security, and integrity in interactions.
