Becklar, LLC is seeking a Business Development Specialist to sell workforce safety products to SMBs and enterprise clients. You will meet with prospects, demonstrate products, and build a growing sales pipeline while training on product technical aspects.

You will develop relationships, manage accounts, and help set and meet delivery expectations. The role offers hybrid work in Ogden, UT and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Business.
• 2+ years in the sales lifecycle (identify, evaluate and close).
• Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot).
• Experience selling in construction, industrial, maintenance, or healthcare sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Secure business relations via virtual meetings, on-site meetings, and events.
• Sell to SMB and enterprise level customers.
• Analyze markets and trends to identify opportunities.
