Olympic Steel, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage existing accounts within an assigned territory and assist with new opportunities.

You will respond to inquiries, coordinate with Production Planning, Materials Management, Outside Sales, and other departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree or related sales experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of the steel industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, grow and service accounts in assigned territory
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with Production Planning, Materials Management, Outside Sales and Sales Management
• Identify customer needs and advise on materials, processing, packaging and delivery options
• Resolve issues, monitor quotes and ensure customer satisfaction
