Job summary

Pentagon Technologies in Portland, Oregon is seeking a Customer Service Representative to maintain relationships with Customers, Engineering, Quality, Production and Sales. You will be focused on documenting and communicating order details and other date-sensitive needs within the company and with customers.

You will serve as the voice between the customer and Pentagon Technologies, delivering excellent service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must read, write and speak English; additional languages a plus.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience in a business office setting.
• Basic computer, email, word processing and spreadsheet skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication; ability to multitask under pressure.
• Preferred experience in the Semiconductor Industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle all customer communications via emails, phone and teleconference calls.
• Expedite requests and act as intermediary between customer and engineering.
• Follow operating procedures to ensure timely customer responses.
• Attend daily site meetings, production planning and customer escalations.
• Respond to inquiries and manage customer portals.
