Job summary

MHC Mobility GmbH is seeking a full-time Customer Success Officer based at our headquarters in Gyhum/Bockel. You will be the central point of contact for our business customers, providing support throughout their entire customer lifecycle to ensure high satisfaction.

Your role includes onboarding, maintaining CRM data, coordinating vehicle returns, and optimizing customer journeys. We offer a commission model, 30 days of leave, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completed commercial training or a degree focused on customer management, business administration or mobility.
• Initial experience in customer success or customer care—ideally in the mobility, automotive or logistics sector.
• Very good written and spoken German.

Responsibilities

• Support and advise business customers throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Maintain customer profiles in the CRM system and ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and fast problem-solving.
• Coordinate vehicle handovers and returns with sales and service teams.
• Optimize the customer journey and contribute ideas for service improvement.
