Job summary

Omni CleanAir in Monroe, WA is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to ensure customer and reseller satisfaction across channels, from pre-sale guidance to order fulfillment. You will educate customers on our product portfolio and build lasting relationships.

You will collaborate with sales and technical support, handle data entry and invoicing, support demonstrations, and identify process improvements to enhance the customer journey while working in person at our Monroe headquarters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED; Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Optimistic, problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed understanding of the Omni CleanAir portfolio to educate and guide customers.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals.
• Support the commercial team in expanding distribution and feet on the street through partnerships.
• Participate in pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations and answering customer queries.
• Data and order entry, invoicing and sales operations reporting with accuracy and timeliness.
• Work closely with the technical support team to ensure timely resolution of technical challenges.
• Gather feedback from customers and relay insights to improve processes.
• Proactively identify areas for process optimization to enhance the customer journey.
