Neighbor is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to engage with renters, hosts, and internal teams in Utah. You will handle inbound calls, emails, and chats to ensure a superior customer experience and help renters find suitable spaces from our inventory.

Responsibilities

Resolve inbound customer care issues via online chat, email, and phone.
Assist renters in finding suitable spaces from existing inventory.
Coordinate with hosts to resolve reservations and listings.
Improve inventory quality by contacting hosts, taking photos, and updating listings.
Explain platform functionality and processes to customers.
Collaborate with team to share knowledge and improve customer experience.
