beehiiv is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to help publishers onboard, grow, and renew on our AI-driven platform. You will own escalations, partner with Sales, Product, and Support, and drive outcomes across the customer lifecycle.

The role requires working nights, weekends, and holidays with a hands-on, results-oriented mindset. Ideal candidates are proactive, customer-obsessed, and excited about scaling a nascent platform while delivering exceptional support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a similar customer support role.
• Experience with Zendesk and other support tools.
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Excellent trouble-shooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ownership mindset with ability to work independently.
• Interest in AI-enhanced platforms and automation.
• Experience at an email platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for customer escalations and drive timely resolutions.
• Be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Advocate for customers to coordinate across Sales, Product, and Support.
• Help users achieve desired outcomes and unblock issues.
• Create and maintain documentation and processes to improve efficiency.
• Build reusable assets like prompts, macros, and small automations.
