About the Role

We're seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Customer Success & Sales Specialist who is passionate about client relationships and excited about growing revenue. You’ll have ownership of key client accounts, playing a dual role—managing existing customer relationships (Customer Success) and identifying and converting new business opportunities (Sales).

Your primary goal: ensure outstanding client experiences, measurable outcomes, and accelerated company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Success:

  • Own and nurture long-term relationships with assigned healthcare provider clients.
  • Guide clients seamlessly through onboarding, implementation, training, and beyond.
  • Proactively track and enhance client satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.
  • Lead regular client check-ins, quarterly reviews, and performance analytics discussions.

Sales & Account Growth:

  • Identify, pursue, and close expansion and upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to manage and convert inbound/outbound leads.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations, articulate ROI, and clearly present value propositions to healthcare executives.
  • Work collaboratively with internal product and engineering teams to communicate client needs and ensure solution alignment.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales, ideally in healthcare SaaS, RCM, or related technology solutions.
  • Strong familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle processes, claims management, denial recovery, or provider workflows is a significant plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.
  • Proven ability to build trust-based client relationships and deliver consistently high client satisfaction.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying client needs and driving solutions.
