Job summary

Livestock Nutrition Center LLC in Tenaha, Texas seeks a Customer Service Representative to blend sales support with administrative duties, helping the sales team grow its customer base and ensure exceptional service.

You will coordinate communication between sales, operations, and logistics, manage pricing, and use Salesforce CPQ to document interactions, while building lasting relationships with livestock producers.

Qualifications

• Agricultural experience required.
• Preferred, 2-year Associates degree.
• Preferred, 2 years of Administrative and Customer Service experience.
• Must have excellent communication skills and provide superior customer service.
• Must have ability to multitask.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Must have high level of computer skills including excel, word, outlook etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist location Sales team in servicing and growing LNC’s customer base.
• Learn formulation program, load/planner scheduling, mineral program recommendations, and product sales direction.
• Assist with phone activity and route calls or deliver messages.
• Deliver daily feed price quotes and schedule deliveries.
• Use Salesforce CRM and CPQ to manage and document all interactions and sales processes with customers.
• Proactively monitor customer contract execution and retention.
