Job summary

PS Wholesale Floors LLC is seeking an Account Expeditor to support the sales team and ensure orders move smoothly from placement to fulfillment. You will be a primary contact for customers, vendors, and Account Managers, providing order updates and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes front desk, administrative, and showroom duties, greeting visitors, answering calls, and maintaining accurate order information. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Strong organization and follow-up skills are required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and process customer orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Contact vendors to confirm product availability, order status, and expected fulfillment dates.
• Follow up on open orders, shipments, backorders, and customer requests.
• Communicate order updates and potential issues to customers and Account Managers.
• Assist with resolving order discrepancies, delays, and other customer concerns.
• Provide day-to-day sales support by maintaining accurate and timely order information.
• Greet customers, vendors, and other visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls, assist with general inquiries, and direct calls as appropriate.
• Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, documentation, and recordkeeping.
• Assist with organizing flooring samples and maintaining a clean, professional showroom.
