Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide sales quotations based on client requirements.
• Maintain client product profiles and discount pricing.
• Process client orders and prepare shipment paperwork.
• Prepare customs paperwork including Rapid Returns and Fast Tracks.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and web requests.
• Coordinate with internal departments to meet client needs.
• Support international and key account clients.
