Spectra Precision, part of the Precisional family, is seeking a Customer Excellence & Sales Support Specialist to strengthen our customer experience across dealers and sales teams. This role serves as the link between customers, sales, and operations, ensuring accurate order processing and timely delivery.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or sales support roles.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Comfortable making proactive outbound customer calls.

Responsibilities

Qualifying and routing incoming sales leads
Analyzing dealer and customer activity to identify opportunities for growth
Supporting sales representatives with lead follow-up and customer engagement
Processing customer orders accurately through CRM and ERP systems
Monitoring order status and coordinating timely delivery
Maintaining accurate customer and sales data
Responding to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Building strong relationships with customers and dealer partners
Collaborating with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and other internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience
