Job summary

Pfeiffer Vacuum in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an administrative professional to interface with customers before and after sales, process orders, and coordinate actions to assure quality and timely delivery of services and products.

You will perform data entry, manage order statuses, and support pricing, credit and return authorizations while maintaining teamwork and compliance with quality and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; level 1 – not less than two years in an administrative role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and Windows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly self‑motivated, detail‑oriented with customer service experience.
• Experience in a service-related industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive sales orders from customers or sales staff via phone, email, or fax.
• Set up, enter, and process sales orders.
• Process repair orders for select key accounts and execute contracts with guidance.
• Quote price/delivery and monitor order status.
• Maintain records of orders, ship dates, availability and back orders.
• Meet departmental KPIs and quality objectives.
