Job summary

Entrusted is hiring an entry-level, Customer Care Representative to be the first point of contact for homeowners dealing with water, fire, or mold damage. This is a part-time, in-person position in Jupiter, FL, offering hourly pay between $18 and $21 plus a bonus program.

You will gather information, set expectations, and schedule with the right Damage Consultant while keeping leads moving and building long-term relationships with customers.

• Genuine, service-minded approach to helping customers
• Able to stay organized and calm in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Sound judgment and good decision-making under pressure
• Builds rapport easily with a wide range of personalities
• Experience in retail, restaurant, or another client-facing, fast-paced role preferred, but not required

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks that support the team and brand
• Other duties may be assigned

You'll set the tone for their entire experience with us, gathering the right information, setting clear expectations, and getting them scheduled with the right Damage Consultant quickly.
